Two Exercises to Get Rid of Fat

Whether you are a bodybuilder, into fitness modeling, casually go to the gym or just want to get healthy, most people at some point want to get rid of fat. Most of my experience came when I was involved in competitive bodybuilding. I'd normally spend months bulking up and then start on the fat loss stage which at times was severe. I must admit it was not a healthy way to go. Behind the scenes you'd see these ripped, sculpted guys who could barely stand because they were feeling faint and dizzy from weeks of crash dieting and dehydration.

I steer clear of this now and advise on a more healthy approach to weight loss. If you are regularly working out at the gym you will already be burning calories and over time you should see a gradual decline in your fat layer. That is of course unless you are consuming loads of calories in order to bulk up. Two exercises I've found great for weight loss are those that exercise the chest muscles like the bench press and those that work the quads, like the squats. These are big muscle groups that burn energy and calories when exercised. Don't believe me. Do three sets of good squats and firstly feel how exhausted they make you feel and secondly feel the muscles and feel how hot they are. This is the heat from all those calories being burnt. They literally work like the body's furnaces. Incorporate these into your workouts and you'll find they'll soon help you get rid of fat.
